The Queen Suite was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable area for my family. The front desk staff, though absent during my arrival, had previously shown friendliness during my inquiries over the phone.

While the location was convenient for my needs, the overall experience was marred by significant issues. the front desk was unreachable, leading to an unexpected night in the car, and ultimately, I had to seek out a different hotel. Self-service food options were a nice touch, but they couldn't make up for the lack of basic hospitality.

Check-in was a significant hassle. The lobby was locked with no clear instructions on how to get help. I called numerous times without a response. When I finally managed to find someone after a long wait, they informed me that the room I had booked was no longer available since we were late. It’s frustrating that the communication regarding check-in hours wasn't clearer.

the extended stay had a great location, close to restaurants and shops. the staff was super friendly, especially gene, the maintenance man. he really went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. overall, i felt like part of a family.

The property had some positive aspects, like the staff being dedicated to improving the experience, but it also came with its share of issues. Dirty hallways and uncomfortable rooms left much to be desired. A stay here might not be worth it in the end.

Had a lovely night in the King Suite! The bed was incredibly comfy, and the room had a charming touch. I enjoyed breakfast at the onsite cafe, and their coffee was delightful. Pro tip, Try to get a room away from the elevators for extra peace and quiet.

I loved the friendly staff and clean room! 😊 However, the a/c unit didn’t cool properly, which was a bit disappointing. Location was great for exploring nearby attractions too!

Just a great match for getting around the area in Pensacola with good value considering the price it charged. The room I had was surprisingly spacious for the price I paid. Make sure to check for any issues before settling in.
